Are all gemstones natural? Yes, we work exclusively with genuine natural gemstones. Each stone goes through our rigorous selection process and is certified with its respective document of authenticity.
What type of silver do you use? We use the highest quality 925 sterling silver in all our pieces. This alloy guarantees durability and the characteristic shine of fine silver.
Do the jewelry come in different sizes? Our rings are available in standard sizes. If you need a specific size, we can adjust it at no additional cost. Please contact us before placing your order.
📦 SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES
How long does shipping take?
- Domestic shipping: 3-5 business days.
- Custom pieces: 2-3 weeks production + shipping time.
- Does shipping include insurance? Yes, all our shipments include full insurance and a tracking number for your peace of mind.
Do you ship internationally? We currently ship within the United States. Please check availability for other destinations.
How should I care for my jewelry?
- Clean with a soft, dry cloth.
- Avoid contact with perfumes and chemicals.
- Store in a dry place, preferably in its original case.
- For deep cleaning, use specific silver products.
Can I wear my jewelry every day? Our jewelry is designed for daily wear, but we recommend removing it for activities such as exercising, cleaning, or swimming.
🔄 EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Can I return my purchase? Yes, you have 30 days to return unworn jewelry. The jewelry must be in perfect condition with its original certificate.
Do you offer size exchanges? Yes, we offer free size exchanges within the first 15 days of receiving the piece; however, please make sure you select your exact size before ordering.
What happens if my jewelry is damaged? We offer lifetime repairs in our workshop. Damage from normal wear and tear is covered for the first 12 months.
🎨 PERSONALIZATION
Can I request a custom piece? Of course! Paola Seguel's silver workshop creates unique pieces according to your specifications. Production time is 3-4 weeks.
Can I choose the specific gemstone? Our jewelry is exclusive and one-of-a-kind, but we may show you available gemstone options so you can choose the one you like best before creating your piece; this would be considered a custom piece.

¿What payment methods do you accept? We primarily accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, Shop Pay for easy installment payments, and more. All payments are 100% secure.
Do prices include taxes? Yes, all our prices shown include applicable taxes.
