Caring for your jewelry: To preserve the shine and beauty of your jewelry:
1. Avoid contact with water, perfumes, or chemicals.

3. Store in a fabric pouch or individual box to protect it.
Note: In practice, sterling silver does not usually cause allergies, given the purity of silver and the absence of allergenic metals such as nickel.

We ship from the United States and Mexico, depending on the availability of the piece.
· United States: Secure shipping via UPS, with tracking number.
· Latin America & Mexico: Shipping via UPS or DHL, depending on destination.
· Europe & Worldwide: International shipping with UPS/DHL.

Shipping costs:
· United States: $9.95 USD (free on orders over $150).
· International: $25–40 USD depending on destination (free on orders over $500).

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or return.

. In case of defect or shipping damage, TrupanArt will cover the replacement at no cost.
Note: To formalize an exchange or return, the user must contact TrupanArt by sending an email to trupanart@gmail.com, indicating the item or items with a defect. The Customer Service team will inform the user about the appropriate procedure.
It is essential that all products are in perfect condition and unused. They must be returned in their original packaging and properly protected, ensuring that the items arrive at TrupanArt in perfect condition. Once we receive the item(s) in our warehouse and verify their condition, we will refund the amount using the same payment method chosen by the customer at the time of purchase.

We select the materials and precious stones we use based on the experience of our silversmiths, so some of our pieces are unique. If a new piece of jewelry were to be made, due to the complexity of the gems, they may vary in size and color. Therefore, the images of our jewelry are for illustrative purposes only.
