EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or return.

Note: To formalize an exchange or return, the user must contact TrupanArt by sending an email to trupanart@gmail.com, indicating the item or items with a defect. The Customer Service team will inform the user about the appropriate procedure.
It is essential that all products are in perfect condition and unused. They must be returned in their original packaging and properly protected, ensuring that the items arrive at TrupanArt in perfect condition. Once we receive the item(s) in our warehouse and verify their condition, we will refund the amount using the same payment method chosen by the customer at the time of purchase.
